Kodak Instamatic 700 Vintage 1963
Kodak Instamatic 700 Vintage Film Camera c.1963
The Kodak Instamatic 700 was made in the US by Kodak from March 1963 – June 1966 as a higher-end model in the Instamatic series. There is a built-in bulb flashgun, hiding under the hinged logo on the top plate. The 4 speed Shutter 1/30-1/250s is set by dial on the front, the lens is an Ektanar 38mm f2.8, Selenium meter, automatic exposure. The camera looks good and has a heavy metal body. The battery cover is missing and we were unable to get the shutter to fire, no other testing was performed and the camera has been priced accordingly. This Kodak is used, sold as a collectible and sold as is. The serial number is 026350, and the camera measures 5 x 3 x 1 1/4 inches approximately.
